Tenuta Stella Maris srl delivers the product(s) ordered by the Customer under the conditions expressly indicated in this section.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

 Tenuta Stella Maris srl has arranged for order fulfillment, that is, delivery of the package to the courier, within 24 hours for products available in stock and within a maximum of 10 days for all products not immediately available, purchased through orders received by 11:00 am.

Orders received after 11:00 am are processed the following day.

- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
- Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
- Orders received during holidays or closing days are processed on the next working day.
- This timing may vary during the Christmas, Easter, and holiday periods.
- Shipment of goods for orders paid by bank transfer takes place only after the payment has been credited.

SHIPPING COSTS

 DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER

The delivery to the customer, unless unforeseen events beyond the control of Tenuta Stella Maris srl, is expected within 48/72 working hours from order fulfillment throughout Italy.

 The shipping service for the purchased product includes a delivery notice via SMS or email from the courier. Delivery by appointment is not available.
For deliveries, Tenuta Stella Maris srl uses more than one express courierThe courier may not deliver to the floor, and does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

All goods travel at our risk, but we strongly advise all our customers to write on the receipt that remains with the carrier the wording "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION" on the courier's receipt at the time of delivery, to be protected from any damage.

It is the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery of the goods to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (quality check). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery (accepting the goods with a careful reservation to be written on the courier's DDT: e.g. "open box", "damaged box", etc.).

In case of damage, we ask the customer to report it to our email address info@tenutastellamaris.it, attaching photos of the damaged goods, within and no later than 7 working days from receipt of the goods.

When completing the online order, the customer, by selecting the destination country from the drop-down menu, will find the shipping cost quotation.
